At this conference, CARE presented longitudinal psychological effects of chronic conditions, specifically psoriasis amid adults and children. Advisors & students met in-person to discuss project trajectories and share upcoming goals together as well.

CARE advocated for expanding education on tick-borne diseases in schools & communities by identifying systemic gaps within legislative efforts and curriculum of educational institutions, highlighting need for standardized, inclusive, and accessible education across all skin tones.

Pride and Remembrance Run
June 2024 at Church & Wellesley Street in Toronto, ON
C.A.R.E. hosted a free community skin screening exhibit for this 5k run, 3k walk and two kids races in downtown Toronto, Canada in support of 2SLGBTQ+ and marginalized communities at one of the largest fundraisers during Pride week which has raised $3 million since 1996.
